Each of us travels our path by learning from what’s been left behind by others and by finding our unique way. Meeting our Inner hero invites us to open our awareness to the essence of life and live in a state of unity and personal freedom. Many mystics say that the obtainment of this freedom is the object of life.
The Way of An Innernaut is a way to facilitate this personal shift. It centers on exploration of your own dreams as a gateway to inner guidance, self-knowledge, personal freedom and oneness.

The Foundation is dedicated to revealing the power and responsibility of each human soul, to overcome humanity’s challenges that arise from a disconnection from the guidance of their hearts.
The Sophia Unity Foundation's strategy is to support various projects, including the Dreaming Into Knowing publications which provide guidance, instruction and inspiration for reconnection with the heart.
Our work is based on the groundbreaking work of Hazrat Inayat Khan (1882-1927), who introduced a mystical school of the Sufi tradition to the West in 1910. And the ongoing work of The Original Innernaut, who continues to inspire and facilitate the work of awakening to awareness of the greater reality within us.
